The sunny street
What is the Nicole Kidman dance?
The Nicole Kidman dance is the TikTok routine people do to "Nicole Kidman", the ADÉLA song whose hook is "I feel like Nicole". It is not a scene from one of her films. Covers were on r/Dance by mid-September; in October it is all over TikTok and Reels: hands to the chest, a point at the lens, hip sways, a kick, one arm up, a turn. Here the steps come with the template and the dancer is you.
The short answer: one photo in, and a 12-second, 9:16 clip comes back of that person doing the Nicole Kidman dance in the spot you picked, usually within a few minutes. One 720p clip costs $4.99, three cost $9.99 and five $14.99; each is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and the credits never expire.
If the clip fails to render, the credits go back to you. Every other trend video on the site works on the same one-photo deal.

Where your photo goes in the dance
Your photo goes into Seedance 2 Mini as the dancer, and the template prompt writes the place and the steps around them; the five scene templates dress you for the take, the default keeps your own clothes. One clip is 925 credits, or $4.99 on its own with nothing recurring.
Hands to the chest
The routine opens close to the lens, palms on the chest, like the line is about you.
Arm up
Halfway through, one arm goes straight up and the hips keep swaying.
In sync
With a crew, the same moves land at the same beat, side by side.
How to make a Nicole Kidman dance AI clip
From one photo to a 12-second vertical Nicole Kidman dance, without learning a single step.
Pick a take, or keep the default
The default keeps your own clothes and puts you on a sunny street. Tap the graffiti wall, Paris, the studio, the living room or the garage for that exact take.
Add one clear photo, full body if you have it
A front-facing photo with your face sharp works. Head to toe is best, because the dance is mostly legs and hips.
Make it, then add the sound
The clip comes back with a beat under it. In TikTok or Reels, put the ADÉLA "Nicole Kidman" sound on it and post.
Then do your friends
The clip stays in your library. Run the trio template with your best friend's photo next, and post both.
Whose photo makes the best Nicole Kidman dance AI clip
The Nicole Kidman dance hits hardest on whoever would never film it themselves.
You, without the twenty takes
You know the song, not the steps. One photo and you did the whole routine first try.
Your friend who does not dance
The one who stands at the back at every party. Their photo, front row, chest tap and all.
The guy at work
Your coworker in his work shirt, mouthing "I feel like Nicole" at the lens. Send it to the team chat on Friday.
Your dance class, for the group chat
The studio template with your photo in the middle spot, two dancers either side, everyone on the same beat.
Nicole Kidman dance questions, answered
What people ask about the song, the steps and the clip.
"Nicole Kidman" by ADÉLA, the song with the line "I feel like Nicole" in the hook. On r/Dance, covers are posted as "ADÉLA Nicole Kidman Dance". The clip from this page has a dance-pop beat under it, so you add the ADÉLA sound in TikTok or Reels.
The Nicole Kidman dance is quick, but it is a full routine: chest taps, points, hip sways, a kick and a turn, all on the beat. When one r/Dance user posted their version, the comments called it "K-pop vibes" and "peak Britney". With a template here you skip the practice: your photo does the steps.
No. The dance from the opening of The Perfect Couple is a different thing. This page is the TikTok routine to the ADÉLA song, the one everyone is posting this month.
Nicole Kidman has sung on screen, most famously in Moulin Rouge!, but she is not on this song. "Nicole Kidman" is ADÉLA's track, named after her. Your clip shows you doing the dance, not her.
The new dance trend on TikTok this month is called the Nicole Kidman dance, also searched as "I feel like Nicole". Many of the top results are tutorials. Here you pick a finished take and add one photo.
The viral dance song on TikTok right now is ADÉLA's "Nicole Kidman". The dance to it is the one with the chest tap, the point at the lens and the arm thrown up. One photo here and you are doing it in 12 seconds.
