How credits work
One credit balance covers every template, photo or clip. The credit cost of a run is displayed before you press Generate, so a run never costs more than the number you saw. A run that fails is refunded automatically; the one exception is a run blocked for breaking the content rules, where credits are not returned.
Free use
- There is no free generation tier: every template runs on a paid model. Browsing templates and their original posts is free and needs no account.

A subscription can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription without contacting support; cancellation stops future charges and the credits already granted for the paid period stay in the account.
Refunds
A first paid subscription can be refunded in full within 7 days of the charge, provided less than 10% of that billing period’s credits have been used. Outside that window, refunds and credit adjustments are considered case by case for billing errors and service faults. The complete terms are on the refund policy page.
Content and usage rules
Prompts and results pass through automated safety filters and provider-side moderation; content that breaks the acceptable-use rules can be blocked before it runs or removed afterwards. Reports go to support@youintheclip.com with the subject line “Report”. How personal data is handled is on the privacy policy page.
